При подключении приложения не запрашиваются никакие права, соответственно, после подключения приложение может только читать, но не писать в Твиттер. Как это исправить?

Вопрос решен: по ссылке отредактировать своё преложение, задать нужные права, затем перевыпустить ключ и добавить его в админке сайта.
