Это вроде возможно. Напишите им в техподдержку. Расходы по переносу возьму на себя,, т.к. это платно

я не думаю что это хорошая идея писать в поддержку с таким вопросом(передачи лицензии) у них есть снять копирайт за 500$ единственное как услугу видел
