подскажите как запретить гостям писать сообщения не могу понять вроде отключено

они их публикуют но я включил модерацию и пока я не одобрю они не появляются но это достает очень много спама

Убрать права и поставить только просматривать как на самом форуме категории есть на форуме там права можно ставить и в группе
