Last few days my forum domain generate new url like this - https://example.com/?ct=1622996081 previous it was only - https://example.com/ how to fix this it was automatically change https://example.com/ to https://example.com/?ct=1622996081 every url generate this type of links - https://example.com/gallery/?ct=1622996416 what is the the ?ct=1622996416 and how to remove and get the my previous friendly url. please help me.
