Hello
When the user changes from a special mode to a normal user, I want a window to open for the user and announce that click here to pay the subscription fee.

This message is not for all users and is only shown to special users whose subscription is over

    As far as I know, there is no way, if they had, they would have told you. A plugin needs to be written.
