приветствую всех, не могу пролистнуть страницу в ресурсах темы, просто на одно деление опускается вниз страница, вторая страница с ресурсами не открывается

Я понял, у меня что то сломалось в самом IPS

Потому что, даже при загрузке стиля, у меня белая страница с синим уведомлением. не знаю как объяснить, типо перенаправления нету 

Сертификат ssl валидный, в conf_global.php https прописано?
