Заходишь в АЦ - внешний вид -управление стилями - memory(import) - открываешь файл ipb_styles.css. Находишь раздел "Colors" . Находишь в нём строчку 

.unread 				{	background-color: #fff; }

 

"fff" заменяешь на код нужного тебе цвета.
