Crypoverse adds native cryptocurrency payment support to Invision Community 4, letting your members pay for memberships, subscriptions, club access, and Commerce products using crypto — directly at checkout, with no redirects and no third-party wallets to install.

Payment Processing

Payments are initiated from the standard IPS checkout flow. The buyer selects Crypoverse, receives a payment address and amount, and sends the transaction from any compatible wallet. A webhook from the Crypoverse platform confirms the payment on-chain and activates the purchase automatically — no manual approval required.

Supported Networks and Assets

Accept payments on five blockchains: Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC), Ethereum (ETH), Binance Smart Chain (BSC), and Polygon (POL). Supported assets include BTC, LTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, and additional tokens available through BSC and Polygon.

Fee Configuration

Network fees can be assigned to the merchant, the customer, or split per transaction. This is configured in the gateway settings and applies globally across all payment types.

Admin Configuration

The gateway is added through Commerce → Settings → Payment Methods like any native IPS gateway. Configuration requires a Platform API Key from the Crypoverse dashboard and a publicly accessible callback URL for webhook delivery. A dedicated Debug Logging toggle writes full API request and response payloads to System Logs for troubleshooting without affecting production behavior.

Security

All API communication is authenticated by key. Webhooks include timestamps and are verified server-side to prevent replay attacks. Key payment events — initiation, confirmation, errors, and webhook processing — are always written to logs regardless of debug mode.
