С телефона форум не загружается

Версия IP.Board 3.4.

Вобщем пользователь сообщил что с телефона не загружается страница, попробовал сам, и в итоге пустая страница, с компа всё в порядке, пробовал менять  шаблон- не помогает.

Подскажите возможные  проблемы.

с компа шаблон для телефона тоже выдает белый екран, поэтому его ещё раньше отключл.

По умолчанию дефолтный: с компа грузится, а смобилы нет.

да мобильную версию ещё раньше скрыл, ночью открыл.Утром заработал, видать какой т хук мешал, ночью много чего менял.

Вобщем  работает уже, но причина отказа не известна.Спасибо всем за внимание.
