проблемма после переноса на другой хостинг..!

ребят, подскажите пожалуйста .. до переноса на другой хостинг, всё ратотало правильно.. после переезда вот так отображается главная страница форума (ошибки в шапке) и кракозябры ..
Но если кликнуть на любой раздел форума, то там всё отображается корректно. кодировка  utf-8, кеши обновлял
