Как сделать показ столбца "последних сообщений" гостям?

как уже сказано выше, если это приложение - в настройках приложения, если это хук для сайдбара (смутила фраза "столбец") - в настройках хука выставить права на просмотр

    Не в сайдбаре, а в форумах
