Проще думаю будет восстановить бекап вчерашний, благо вчера ничего не произошло важного на форуме :)

Но если есть варианты более простые, то пишите ;)

    самый простой вариант востоновить бэкап,ведь при удалении юзера вроде и сообщения его удаляются,если я не ошибаюсь

    не удаляются, а становятся от имени гостя
