Существует множество приложений, хуков, скриптов и др. для оформления форума... Можно было сделать его намного лучше, а тут просто ничего нет. 0 баллов из 10.

    спасибо. Суть именно не в нагруженности хаками и модулями. Основной функционал и некоторые возможности стандартных  js,css, html
