Возможно ли реализовать такое:

Что бы при заходе на форум вылетала какая-то надпись!(например есть на вордпресс плагин птичка твиттер!Ты читаешь блог,она вылетает и предлагает подписаться на твиттер или на рассылку)

 

Может плагины есть,или кто уже такое делал?
