I am experiencing some strange error which is affecting my site due to lack of visitors and registered members facing the issue. 

 

When trying to view any topic I get this type of error and I am really not sure why this happens

Try to run your forum in so-called "Safe mode" because somewhat is eating allowed memory size on your hosting. Some hook or application maybe.
