Перевели форум на 4-ю версию и в опросах пропала возможность поменять голос.
Это где-то настраивается отдельно теперь?

    Система > Настройки > Постинг > Опросы > Пользователи могут изменять свой голос?

    Ребят, а где можно настроить права группы для каждого форума, кто и где может создавать/голосовать?

    отдельно - писать плагин, а так можно только изменять для каждого форума, можно там создавать опрос или нет
