Подскажите, как поправить мобильный скин, даты и время некорректно отображает

    Дело все в локализации ... если у вас форум поддерживает изначально русскую локаль  то все будет  нормально  а если нету то советую пусть ее поставят.

    Да, установил последнюю локализацию, все заработало
