Доброго времени суток, не понимаю как, но произошло.

Всё пытался сделать, не знаю как исправить..

Ну очевидно CSS не подгружается какой-то. Кеши очистить на форуме и в браузере, права на папку с форумом проверить, лог браузера посмотреть - какие там ошибки загрузок на странице есть.
