Erase the image in the text of the download file

 In the files section, when I upload an image into the text, after a while the image is deleted for no particular reason. How can I solve this problem?

Post images are automatically deleted in the post after several edits over a period of 1 to 2 months.

Very weird, never heard of that issue. Check if the file also disappears from your uploads folder.

The images uploaded in the download section are deleted after a while, I said that maybe the problem will be solved after upgrading to new versions, but it didn't. When I click on the deleted image, it displays this message:
[[Template core/global/editor/image is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]]

Изображение как добавляется? Если это сложный вопрос, можно привести URL страницы с примером, где изобажение еще не удалилось.
