I opened the link you provided and scrolled down https://ipsforum.ir/register/ through the registration form to the bottom.

Did you test with Chrome browser on Android?
Can you send a screenshot of the username and email of membership in that section?
I don't know, I tested it with several phones, but it didn't show the username and email for registration.

Especially for Persian language RTL
You change the language of the site to English and it will scroll
