I need Help Something is wrong with My Forum - Rss feed import is not working plus other issues

Hey, guys please, help me. I don't understand my forum any more. I have been experiencing a lot of issues since I upgraded to version 4.7.

first, I'm unable to attach files or images when using messenger. i have checked all permissions but nothing changed.

Secondly, Rss feed import is not working for me. I have to try to check for new content from the feed URL but It doesn't fetch anything.

i don't know what the problem is. 

please anyone who knows how i can fix these issues pls help me.

    Пришли доступ в админцентр в личку, посмотрю, какие у тебя настройки. Можешь тестовый форум поднять на том же хостинге с тем же серверным окружением, чтобы посмотреть на пустой тестовой версии.
