Как создать блок RSS, чтобы при создании темы в определенном форуме он также отображался на моем форуме?

    Я хочу иметь возможность отображать их на своем форуме при создании темы на главном сайте или на любом другом форуме, например форуме ниже..

    Ну, так создай RSS в админцентре в разделе RSS Feeds для форумов или активируй RSS в приложении Forums. В чём проблема то? И делай в RSS-лентой потом что хочешь. Тебя сложно понять.
