That function (curl_multi_init) was not used in versions earlier than 4.7.9.

Эпично. Палец из попы они вынуть, видимо, не хотят и не хотят заняться делом и настроить анти-ддос. Что за хостер такой?

А оно им нужно? Бороться с ддос достаточно накладно и поднимет цену хостинга.
