Часовой пояс не указан в ваших данных. Выполните команду date или timedatectl в консоли сервера.

Далее выполните команду tzselect и выберите часовой пояс.

Далее выполните команду для установки часовогоп пояса, например:

timedatectl set-timezone Europe/Moscow
