отключайте все хуки кроме этого и проверяйте работоспасобность.

 

так же скиньте лог ошибок

    leha85, переместить в коде шаблона метку хука к которой он цепляется. Или изменить параметры запуска хука.

    Хуки --> Редактировать хук --> вкладка Файлы хука. Нужно там экспериментировать

    leha85, в шаблоне globalTemplate есть метка к которой цепляется хук. А посмотреть её можно в параметрах хука.

    Такая проблема, установил, все показывает, но нажимаю на иконку сообщения и у меня грузится он постоянно и не высвечивается окошко.

    Очистка кеша:

    АЦ-Внешний вид-Внешний вид-инструменты-Обновить данные базового стиля- (ставим везде галочки)-жмем (обновить)

    АЦ-Внешний вид-Внешний вид-инструменты-Обновление кеш-файлов-жмем "Обновление кеш-файлов"
