masiania, для этого точно нету. Тебе же неплохой вариант предложили.

Создай группу специальную с ограниченными правами в админке и сделай пользователю второстепенной группой эту :)

а что то? WzGeee очень хороший вариант предложил. Спец. маска, а на ней группа. Доступ к АЦ имеет, а админские ветки не видит.  :good:
