Есть сайт "site.ru",но при его открытии открываются файлы движка и всего что находится в фтп.

А при открытии "site.ru/index.php" уже сам сайт, как сделать перенаправление чтобы при переходе на "site.ru", сразу же переходило на "site.ru/index.php"?

Проблема в настройках сервера - включен индекс каталога.

как его выключить?

Первые два понял, третье нет.

У меня хостинг не свой, я плачу за него

Создайте в корне файл .htaccess и впишите туда Options -Indexes

Если не поможет, то впишите туда ещё DirectoryIndex index.html index.shtml index.pl index.cgi index.php
