Да ладно. Стандартными средствами в стандартные места все вставляется. Создал блок в админеке, а потом в публичной части черезBlock Manager - > Pages->Custom Blocks вставляешь, выбрав в настройках созданный тобою блок. Ну а в нестандартные места через редактирование шаблонов и block_key
