Как мне прописать через сайт/downlads для скачивания файлов ? чтобы прошли по такой ссылке и там лежали файлы?

я знаю есть плагин часов этот. но он не на всех стилях работает.

хотелось бы просто ручками прописать.

ну вот как прописал. вроде правильно

плагинов для юзербар или навбар у меня нет. я заметил что на левые стили часы ставятся норм. а вот на деф нифига
